Shipping rates indicated are approximate and based on packages weighing up to 2kg. Actual rates may differ and will be shown at the time of check out.
All countries apply customs duty on import of items. Products sold on The Plush Posh are shipped from the UAE. The Buyer is responsible for and will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the products. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to check duty rates for their country, for which Simply Duty can be used for reference.
Custom duties on all orders delivered outside the UAE are collected by the courier partner directly at the time of delivery.
Notes
- All international delivery time frames are subject to customs clearance.
- We do not ship gemstones or precious metals to Kuwait. Regulations may prohibit import of certain items made with exotic material into some countries.
- The Plush Posh will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries. Please contact Customer Service Department for more information.
Return Policy
The Plush Posh promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our Site. However, we offer a three (3) calendar day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you store credit subject to the conditions that the item is unused, the packaging is not damaged, all tags are intact and the item is the same one as bought though The Plush Posh. Some items once purchased, cannot be returned. We take great care to ensure that the actual condition of items sold on the website is reflected through the photographs and description. Returns for reasons of change of mind or condition, when the actual condition and description are the same, cannot be accepted.
To return a product, the Buyer must notify The Plush Posh within three (3) calendar days of the date of delivery. If delivery is made on the first day of the month, the last day of the return notification period will be the third day of the same month.
The Buyer must complete the return of the item within seven (7) calendar days following the date of return notification. If the return notification is made on the first day of the month, the last day of the return completion period will be the seventh day of the same month. Return completion means successfully returning the product to The Plush Posh’s possession. Only the items listed in the return notification will be accepted for return.
Upon successful receipt of the return notification products in our office, The Plush Posh will inspect the items and verify that the items meet the conditions as described. If the inspection is satisfactory, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, within 5 – 7 business days.
By not returning an item, or by failing to return an item as per the conditions of these Buyer's Terms, the Buyer agrees that the sale is final, subject to the Authenticity Guarantee.
Buyer is liable to read specific return Terms of Service and other policies related to returns here and be informed prior to placing or initiating a return about the refund policies.
Processing ReturnsReturns will be processed subject to meeting the framework laid out in the Returns Policy.
- The Buyer is obligated to inform The Plush Posh about returns to be made and thereby initiate a return. Contact The Plush Posh via Email: info@theplushposh.com within three (3) calendar days of the Buyer's receipt of the Item along with the order number for the item.
- Buyers may use their preferred courier to ship the item back to us. The Plush Posh can assist buyers with return shipping so that the buyer can benefit from low return shipping cost. The Plush Posh does not charge buyers any restocking fees for returning their items.
- The refund amount includes only the cost of the item, and does not include any shipping fee or custom duties paid. Any conversion or other fees paid by buyer on the card transaction to the card company are not refunded by The Plush Posh.
